    The Freedom Therapist Club

A six-month business mentorship built specifically for allied health practitioners who are done building someone else's version of success.

    introducing...

Not a course you buy and forget. Not a template you download and never open.

This is where you build the actual thing.

Your offer. Your brand. Your strategy. Your terms. Your freedom.

Whether that means creating a digital product or program that generates income without another hour of your time or building a practice with a team that runs beautifully without you in every single room we build it together. In six months.

And the kind of therapist community you didn't know you were desperately missing.

I've built a seven-figure OT business while living between the Northern Territory and Bali, running a company so structured and systemised that I can take time off and nothing stops. I coach incredible therapists, speak at events across Australia and lead the most dedicated team.

And most days, you'll still find me working from home — decaf in hand, denim shorts, sandy feet — doing work I deeply love.

But it wasn't always like this.

For years I was running therapy sessions in some of the most remote corners of Australia, doing the kind of work that asks everything of you. NDIS reports in airport lounges. A laptop balanced on the front seat of the car on long eight-hour drives. Weekends spent trying to build systems to make more space — only to fill it again.

I remember sitting in the car after a client visit, still holding their story in my chest, laptop open, trying to answer emails, my brain running a hundred tabs.

And just thinking: this can't be it. This can't be the only way to do this.

I loved my work. I still do. But for a long time, that love came at a cost. I wasn't just holding space for my clients — I was holding up the whole business with my chaos. And I knew something had to change.

There was no roadmap for what I needed. Something values-led but financially viable. Scalable but not soul-draining. Strategic but built for real therapists and real clients in real seasons.

    So I built one.

    Hi, I'm Mia.

    Therapist first, business mentor second.

My work exists for therapists who are exceptional at changing lives and are ready to build a business that changes theirs.

I built systems that still worked when I was offline. Offers that sold out without selling out my values or ethics. A practice that scaled sustainably — and a life that finally felt like mine.

And now I coach therapists all over Australia who are holding just as much to do the same. I lead an incredible team, speak at inspiring events and run a business that is still profitable when I rest.

But the truth is — what I'm most proud of isn't the numbers. It's that I still love my work. More now than ever. That I can show up for clients without losing myself in the process. That I've built something that gives back what I give every day in time, energy, inspiration and capacity.

And that's what I help other therapists do inside the Freedom Therapist Club.

The Freedom Therapist Club is the one thing I wish I'd had when I was figuring it all out alone. It's not about scaling fast. It's about staying. About building something that can hold you while you hold others.
Because you don't need a business that looks good online.

You need one that actually feels good to live inside of.

    The experience behind the method

"Absolutely do it (join TFTC). It's not only an opportunity to develop your skill set in terms of the way in which you present your business, it's almost like accessing a cheat sheet for so many tedious elements of business that are time consuming and confusing. All the while, building a community of other business owners in the space."

They'll be built by therapists who refused to accept the ceiling. Who looked at the model they inherited and decided it wasn't good enough. Who chose impact AND income.

Presence AND profit. The work they love AND the life they built it all for.

    This is that decision.

We are not here to choose between the work we love and the life we want.

We are here to build both.

The Freedom Therapist Club exists for the therapists brave enough to believe that.

The most impactful businesses of the next decade won't be built on more hours.

The school carnivals. The slow mornings. The decision to have another baby without the financial panic that follows. The ability to do the work you trained for — the work you actually love — without it costing you everything else.

You wanted financial freedom. Flexibility. A business that feels like you. Work that lights you up in your zone of genius. A life that doesn't have to choose between income and presence.

That's not too much to ask for.

And it's exactly what we build inside the Freedom Therapist Club.

The only question is — are you ready?

You started this business because you wanted to be there for all the things.
